Give plenty of space, food and moisture to get the maximum size. Can grow up to 3 metres tall, so will need staking or protection from the wind.
How To Sow:
Choose a sheltered, well drained site in full sun. Sow these seeds directly in a well prepared seedbed. Sow 2-3 seeds in groups 40 cm apart and to a depth of 1 cm.
Seedling Care:
Keep the seedbed or trays evenly moist during the germination period (7-14 days). Apply fruit or flower fertiliser two weeks after germination for healthier plants and maximum crop.
